Custom Metal Cutting

Custom cutting used at Custom Metals is plasma cutting. The companies current capabilities are limited to 3/8" thick metal in most applications. 1/2" Metal can be accommodated in certain cases.

Custom Light Fabrication

Light Fabricated objects can range from just some bent metal objects, up to welding custom brackets or railings. Possibilities are nearly endless. 

Currently any custom machining will be done by a 3rd party. Complex bending and forming operations will be done by a 3rd party.

Custom Metal Effects

All Custom Metal Effects are personally hand crafted Metal finishes. These Custom Effects provide the POP that will have people asking where and how they can get something like this. Please be sure to check out the 'Metal Finishing Examples' page to see some of these effects.

Powder Coating

Currently doing in house powder coating on smaller objects that are mostly flat and within a 20" x 20" footprint.

Larger objects will be Powder Coated via 3rd party at the moment.

Painting

Currently providing three different painting mediums, Spray paint, Air gun painting, or Brush painting.
